My career began on dental reception and developed through practice management, business development, operations, patient experience and marketing. I understand the pressures your team faces and the small details that shape whether a patient chooses to take the next step.
I have managed practice mergers, overseen complete renovations, introduced new systems and helped a private practice achieve 20% year-on-year turnover growth. That experience taught me that lasting growth comes from connecting commercial direction with confident teams and a patient journey that works in practice.
Through Create Dental Collective, I bring strategy, content, training and mentorship together to help practices communicate more clearly, strengthen the patient journey and give their teams greater confidence.
What makes my approach different is that I see the full picture. I understand how the right marketing brings patients in, but also how the way an enquiry is handled, the confidence of the team and the consistency of follow-up determine what happens next.
