Hi, I’m Victoria.

A Dental Business Consultant and trainer helping practice owners develop their businesses, support their teams and improve the patient experience.

My experience spans reception, practice management, business management and operations. I’ve managed practice mergers, renovations and new systems, and introduced the Treatment Coordinator role. I understand the decisions, pressures and people involved in running a dental practice.

Today, I help owners and managers turn their priorities into practical plans, with business consultancy, TCO and team training, and practice manager mentorship. My marketing and content expertise supports that work, connecting how a practice attracts patients with the care and communication they receive.
